We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition and packaging within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges. We are unable to accept returns submitted after the 14-day return period. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment.
Please ensure that all items from the same order are included in a single return shipment. Any additional returns from the same order submitted separately will be at the customer’s expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, please allow 10–14 business days for processing. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
